He specialized in Faculty/Provider/Location data and recently created taxonomy-based search results for Wake Forest Baptist’s new external website launched in August of 2018. Adam Mullen is the KCS Program manager at athenahealth, Inc as a member of the Support Process Design team. He has ushered KCS from the design session workshop through implementation and development in the Customer Care department of athena. He has been in technology for over 30 years in a number of roles, including individual contributor and managing various customer service, technical support and quality assurance teams for a number of companies in the PC gaming, educational software and networking industries. In 2003, Ron joined Real Networks where he managed their B2B global technical support team. He joined F5 Networks in 2005, where his current role is VP of Support Services for the Americas, includes Technical Support and Knowledge Services teams. During his tenure at F5 he has overseen the opening of four support centers in their global network, worked with their product management and development teams resolving customer issues, and been the business owner for a number of large IT projects replacing critical applications for the F5 Services business. Currently, he is responsible for new systems supporting the digital transformation of F5’s end-to-end business practices, including implementing Coveo in a number of properties and use cases.
