What is Coveo Impact?

Coveo Impact is the annual Coveo customer community event.

Impact is where the people who use Coveo every day to help their businesses grow faster, improve customer satisfaction, and make employees more proficient get together to learn, connect & be inspired to take the relevance of their digital experiences to the next level.

Impact brings together an interesting and diverse group of Coveo admins, developers, and industry practitioners – including many who are at the very top of their game – all of whom are on the same journey to bring more relevance to their company’s digital experiences.

Impact offers an unmatched opportunity for learning, networking and sharing new ways to make business personal.

Where is Coveo Impact?

Coveo Impact 2019 will be taking place at Hilton San Francisco Union Square.

When is Coveo Impact?

Coveo Impact will be kicking off on Wednesday May 22 at lunch, and will end on Friday May 24 after lunch.

Optional pre-event workshops will be taking place from Monday May 20 to Wednesday May 22.


Are there special hotel rates?

Yes! As a Coveo Impact attendee, you can benefit from a prefered rate of $259 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.

We encourage you to secure hotel reservations early. To make your hotel reservation, please use the online booking tool. The Hilton San Francisco Union Square offers a discounted room rate of $259 for Coveo Impact 2019 attendees. These rates will be honored from May 16 – May 27, 2019, based on availability. To obtain the special Coveo Impact 2019 discounted room rate, you must make your reservation no later than May 6, 2019. Reservations made after May 6, 2019 will be subject to availability and may not receive the discounted room rate. Hotel reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The guest room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 11.5%, as well as the CA State Tourism Tax of $1.00 and the District Improvement fee of $0.50), applicable service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees in effects at the time of the event.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

A deposit equal to one night’s room & tax will be taken from the credit card number given at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable for reservations cancelled at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the arrival date on the individual reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Is a hotel deposit required to guarantee the hotel room?

Yes. The hotel requires a one-night deposit as guarantee.

I’m local and will be driving to the conference. Where can I park?

The Hilton San Francisco Union Square offers valet or self-parking.

What types of sessions can I expect?

Coveo Impact is a three-day, in-person conference that includes customer and expert keynotes, topic breakouts, ask-me-anything booth, and opportunities to collaborate with like-minded peers.

This year’s event will be value-packed and sessions will focus on how to improve relevance to support the three strategic priorities of every organization: customer satisfaction, employee proficiency and growth.

When can I register for sessions?

Session registration will open at the beginning of May.

When does the call for speakers open?

Call for speakers is currently open. Deadline to apply is Friday, February 1.

Can I transfer my Coveo Impact registration to another person from my organization?

Yes, please email impact@coveo.com to make the change.

Are group discounts available?

Yes, if you are sending more than two people from your organization, please email impact@coveo.com for a discount code.

What are the badge pickup hours & locations?

You can pick up your badge directly at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, in the East Lounge on the Ballroom level, starting on Wednesday May 22 at 8:00 AM.

Will meals be provided at Coveo Impact?

Yes. Breakfast will be provided on Thursday May 23 and Friday May 24, lunch will be provided on Wednesday May 22, Thursday May 23 and Friday May 24, and dinner will be provided on Thursday May 24 during The Big Bash.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?

Attire for Coveo Impact is business casual.

Which airports are closest to San Francisco?

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, an easy BART ride or 25-minute drive from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive over the Bay Bridge and is also accessible by BART. Lastly, the San Jose International Airport (SJC) is a one-hour drive from the South Bay, accessible by Caltrain.
