Scott Anderson leads the global marketing organization of Sitecore, the leading experience management software that enables context marketing. As Chief Marketing Officer, Scott is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing, including strategy, branding, product marketing, corporate communications and field-marketing.

Scott has developed and led growth and digital innovation strategies for more than 20 years, primarily in the enterprise tech industry. He is a change agent that believes in the power of participation and the evolving role technology plays in connecting businesses with their customers.

Jamie Battin
Director of Customer Community, Ellucian
Jamie Battin leads the implementation of the execution of the Unified Customer Experience as Director of the Customer Community at Ellucian, the leader in higher education technology. He is responsible for the vision and strategy for customer collaboration, along with the continued expansion of Coveo throughout all of Ellucian’s customer facing applications. His strategy for the Unified Customer Experience utilizes a number of self-service tools, which all benefit from the content and search capabilities of Coveo. Jamie continues to evolve the solution strategy as part of his Unified Customer Experience roadmap strategy to meet the changing needs of customers.
Nicolas Bordeleau

Nicolas Bordeleau serves as Coveo’s Director of Product Management for Microsoft related Products. With over 11 years of experience in the search industry including 7 years as a software engineer, Nicolas has a keen understanding of developers’ needs related to search products and has applied this knowledge to developing award-winning products that fulfill those needs in innovative ways. Nicolas received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Sherbrooke University. He lives in Quebec with his wife and two children. Aside from his professional interests, Nicolas enjoys technology and sports, specifically skiing and snowboarding.
Jasmin Boudreau
Business Leader, the Global Retail and Services group for BRP
Jasmin is a Business Leader for the Global Retail and Services group for BRP. With over 6 years in the After-Sales department, he oversees the dealer support initiatives on systems, processes and tools used by the global network of BRP Dealers, Distributors, and After-Sales Employees.His previous involvement in all aspects of BRP Dealer activities, including managing the Technical support, warranty, and multidisciplinary front line support teams, provides him an all-encompassing understanding of the B2B challenges facing this industry.

Jasmin has been involved in significant IS&T transformation projects and is currently responsible for the Dealer self-service tools such as the Knowledge Center (powered by Coveo), the BRP online B2B community powered by Lithium, and the Training E-learning platform. He also manages the After-Sales SFDC footprint including case management. Before joining BRP Jasmin was an HR Business partner predominantly in change management often related to IS&T projects.

Benjamin Carroll
Solutions Specialist, Coveo
Ben has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry in various disciplines including support, development, consulting. He has managed multiple teams and led training for a wide range of students across multiple practices. He has been a Coveo solution consultant for two and a half years and a senior technical trainer for six months. Ben is also a certified practitioner of the Knowledge-Centered Service v6 methodology.
Drew Claybrook
Community Manager, Extreme Networks
Drew Claybrook is the Community Manager of The Hub at Extreme Networks, an industry leader in software-driven networking solutions. After over 7 years at Extreme Networks, his technical expertise on Extreme’s products and offerings helps bring insight and explanation to analytics. Drew’s roles extend beyond the community and into the global services labs where he maintains active inventory, infrastructure, and equipment purchases. He also maintains a number of software tools used by various teams in the organization. Prior to Extreme Networks, Drew was a student at NC State University, where he earned a B.S. in Meteorology.
Sawan Deshpande
Vice President, Salesforce Line of Business, Coveo
Sawan Deshpande is Vice President, Salesforce Line of Business at Coveo. He joined Coveo in 2013 and previously served as Director, Global Sales Engineering. With over 16 years experience as a sales engineering and product management for software applications, Sawan held various roles at Oracle and was Sales Architect, Emerging Products at Salesforce before joining Coveo. Sawan has a consistent track record in building and selling best-in-class software products. He was part of oDesk’s executive team that successfully raised $8M Series B funding from Benchmark Capital and was part of the founding technical sales team at LiveOps. Sawan has a master’s degree in Technology Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mark Floisand
Chief Marketing Officer, Coveo
Mark Floisand is Chief Marketing Officer at Coveo. He has over 20 years of marketing, sales and general management experience in the technology industry, spanning blue chip and start-up companies across three continents, including Apple, Adobe, BusinessObjects, SAP, Total Defense, Untangle and WeVideo. Mark was most recently with Sitecore, a Coveo technology partner, where he led product marketing.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa; and an MBA from the University of Durham in the UK.

Simon Langevin
Product Manager, Coveo for Sitecore
Simon Langevin is the Product Manager for Coveo for Sitecore. He has previously been a Solution Architect and led the Coveo for Sitecore Technical Support team. Through these years with Coveo, he has seen the solution used in a wide variety of contexts. He now ensures that partners and customers are using Coveo for Sitecore at its full potential. Simon has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Computing from Laval University. He is a Sitecore Professional Developer since 2014 and part of the Coveo family since 2013. Simon is a music enthusiast with a love for guitar, which he often plays between meetings in Coveo’s Quebec City headquarters.
Greg Laporte
Product Manager, Coveo for Salesforce
Greg Laporte serves as Product Manager for the Coveo for Salesforce product line. He is an integral component to the Coveo for Salesforce product strategy and development, and monitors adoption and customer feedback. With over five years of experience in the search industry, he infuses his technical background with customer feedback in order to ensure Coveo’s products are not only meeting but exceeding the needs of its clientbase. Greg received a Bachelor of Computer Science at the Université de Sherbrooke.
Jennifer MacIntosh
Vice President, Customer Success, Coveo
Jennifer MacIntosh has over 20 years experience working with high-tech and financial services companies helping them to establish, lead, and grow their Customer Experience and Knowledge Management practices. As VP of Customer Success, Jennifer is an advocate for the customer who leads customer engagement, adoption and value realization of the Coveo solution. Prior to joining Coveo, Jennifer was Founder and Principal of Okas Consulting, a global consulting practice and former Coveo partner. Jennifer has also held executive roles as a change agent who significantly improved the customer experience at Yahoo, Quest Software (Dell) and Cognos (IBM). Jennifer has deep knowledge and expertise in Analytics, Customer Experience, Support, Self-Service, and Knowledge Management. She is a certified KCS Practitioner, Trainer and active industry contributor.

Atul Nanda is the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success for Salesforce, the innovative company behind the world’s #1 CRM solution. Since joining the company in 2008, he has helped lead the growth and transformation of the Customer Success organization, relying upon his deep expertise in building & scaling services that drive customer success in the Cloud.

Atul currently oversees a team of 1,700 located in 20 Success Centers around the world, managing company-wide Technical & Signature Support, Critical Incident Management, Escalation Management, Red Accounts. The Success Centers’ focus also includes delivery of a number of proactive services including customer onboarding, customer best practices, and the remote delivery of micro-services to drive adoption.

Greg Oxton
Executive Director, Consortium for Service Innovation
Greg Oxton is the Executive Director of the Consortium for Service Innovation, a nonprofit alliance of customer support organizations that develops innovative ways to address the challenges of customer service and support, such as the Knowledge-Centered Support methodology. Consortium members collectively developed the KCS methodology to transform the support organization from a transaction-based and call-centric model to a highly leveraged value creation model.

Before joining the Consortium, Greg held management positions in customer service, operations, planning, support strategy, and development at IBM, N.E.T., and Tandem Computers.

Laurel Poertner
Training Services Lead, Coveo
Laurel has over 15 years of experience managing technical support and education teams within the software industry. She has supported, used and managed CRM, ERP and Knowledge Management software packages throughout her career including implementing enterprise system migration projects. She is a certified trainer of Knowledge Centered Service v6 Practices and has implemented KCS globally within the technical support teams she managed. As Training Lead at Coveo, Laurel oversees all training activities, which includes curriculum development, training administration as well as delivering training sessions on the Coveo product and KCS.
Mike Raley
Vice President of Marketing, Coveo
Mike Raley is Vice President of Marketing at Coveo. Mike has fifteen years’ experience working at high-growth B2B software & services firms, in a range of global marketing and operations roles. Mike joined Coveo in 2011 and previously served as Sr. Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations. Mike currently serves on the Partner Advisory Board of the Technology Services Industry Association. He lives in New York City and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
Gauthier Robe
VP of Products, Coveo
As VP of Products for Coveo’s Platform, Gauthier Robe oversees the company’s Intelligent Search Platform and roadmap. Gauthier is passionate about using technology to improve customers’ and people’s lives. He has over a decade of international experience in the high-tech industry and deep knowledge of Cloud Computing, electronics, IoT, and product management. Prior to Coveo, Gauthier worked for Amazon Web Services and held various positions in high-tech consulting firms, helping customers envision the future and achieve its potential. Gauthier resides in the Boston area and has a master’s degree in electronic engineering from UCL & MIT. In his spare time, Gauthier enjoys tinkering with new technologies, connected devices, and preparing is 1 year old for space camp.
Laurent Simoneau
Co-founder, President and CTO, Coveo
Laurent Simoneau is Co-founder, President and CTO of Coveo, and is considered one of industry’s top enterprise search experts. Prior to Coveo, Laurent was CTO of Copernic, an early leader in desktop search, where he oversaw the company’s product strategy and directed the research and development of core technologies. Laurent also served as Chief Operating Officer at Copernic during which he successfully orchestrated the spin-off of the company’s enterprise search division in 2005 into what is now Coveo.

Laurent is a graduate of Université du Quebec, where he holds an MBA degree. He resides in Quebec City with his wife and children.

Richard Tessier
Co-founder and Senior Vice President of Products, Coveo
Richard Tessier is Co-founder of Coveo and Senior Vice President of Products. With 20 years of experience in the search industry, Richard has a keen understanding of how search can improve business processes and outcomes and has applied this knowledge to developing award-winning applications that change the very nature of work. Richard received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Laval University in Quebec. He lives in Quebec with his wife and three daughters. Richard enjoys sports and the outdoors and plays tennis and basketball and enjoys backpacking and snowshoeing trips across Quebec’s backcountry.
Ken Thomas
Web Data Analyst, Extreme Networks
Ken Thomas is a Web Data Analyst in the Support Services Team at Extreme Networks, a leading network management company for enterprise and carrier grade networks. He currently leads the usability efforts at Extreme Networks where he has helped roll out unified search on Extreme’s public website, Support Portal and internally in the Salesforce service cloud. From decades of experience working with information technology, he has solved technical problems across a wide berth of industries including banking, manufacturing, software and software-driven networking solutions. Prior to Extreme Networks, Ken was a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Knowledge Champion at Oracle.
Louis Têtu
Chairman and CEO, Coveo
Prior to Coveo, Louis co-founded Taleo Corporation, the leading international provider of cloud software for talent and human capital management, acquired by Oracle for $1.9 Billion in 2012. Louis held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors from the company’s inception in 1999 through 2007.

Prior to Taleo, Louis was President of Baan SCS, the supply-chain management solutions group of Baan, a global enterprise software company with more than 5,000 employees. This followed Baan’s acquisition of Berclain Group inc., which he co-founded in 1989 and where he served as president until 1996.

Louis is an Engineering graduate from Laval University of Canada in 1985 and in 1997, was honored by Laval for his outstanding social contributions and business achievements. He also received the 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award in the Technology and Communication category. Louis is also Chairman of the Board of PetalMD, a developer of social platforms for the medical sector, and serves on the Board of the Quebec City international airport authority.

Stephen Tynes
Practice Director for Customer Experience Platforms, Perficient
Stephen Tynes is the Practice Director for Customer Experience Platforms at Perficient. He oversees technical presales and delivery for solutions built-on technologies, including Coveo and Sitecore. He has 20 years of experience delivering internet-based applications, in industries spanning financial services, hospitality, healthcare, and resources. Mr. Tynes is a four-time Sitecore Technology MVP, a designation that recognizes Sitecore’s top experts worldwide, and was recently recognized as an inaugural Sitecore Cloud MVP.
Andy Uzick
Sitecore Practice Director, Arke Systems, LLC
Andy Uzick is the Sitecore Practice Director at Arke Systems, LLC, a Marketing Technology Consultancy focused on the implementation and operation of marketing related technology platforms. Andy has over 36 years experience managing CMS systems in marketing that date back to the early days of desktop publishing. In the early days, he manufactured a combination of technologies to produce large scale print product catalogs to manage content for his clients. After his introduction to Sitecore in 2004, he architected and developed one of the first Sitecore sites in North America, on Sitecore 4.2. Sitecore and Web technologies have remained at the core of his career in the years since. He was named in the first round of Sitecore MVP’s and is continually expanding his commitment to the Sitecore community.
Harry West
VP of HCM Transformation and Worker Experience Services, Appirio
Harry West is the Vice President of HCM Transformation and Head of Worker Experience Services at Appirio. Harry has over 20 years experience as a Human Capital Management (HCM) and cloud technology professional. He previously ran the Workday consulting practice at Appirio and was a Managing Consultant in the HCM Strategy practice at both Appirio and at Knowledge Infusion, advising firms around the world on how to get the most out of their workforces through better alignment of people, processes and technology. Harry was also a leader in the Product Management organization at SAP AG and SAP Labs for over 15 years.
