Scott Anderson
Chief Marketing Officer, Sitecore
Scott Anderson leads the global marketing organization of Sitecore, the leading experience management software that enables context marketing. As Chief Marketing Officer, Scott is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing, including strategy, branding, product marketing, corporate communications and field-marketing.

Scott has developed and led growth and digital innovation strategies for more than 20 years, primarily in the enterprise tech industry. He is a change agent that believes in the power of participation and the evolving role technology plays in connecting businesses with their customers.

Mark Floisand
Chief Marketing Officer, Coveo
Mark Floisand is Chief Marketing Officer at Coveo. He has over 20 years of marketing, sales and general management experience in the technology industry, spanning blue chip and start-up companies across three continents, including Apple, Adobe, BusinessObjects, SAP, Total Defense, Untangle and WeVideo. Mark was most recently with Sitecore, a Coveo technology partner, where he led product marketing.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa; and an MBA from the University of Durham in the UK.

Jamie Battin
Director of Customer Community, Ellucian
Jamie Battin leads the implementation of the execution of the Unified Customer Experience as Director of the Customer Community at Ellucian, the leader in higher education technology. He is responsible for the vision and strategy for customer collaboration, along with the continued expansion of Coveo throughout all of Ellucian’s customer facing applications. His strategy for the Unified Customer Experience utilizes a number of self-service tools, which all benefit from the content and search capabilities of Coveo. Jamie continues to evolve the solution strategy as part of his Unified Customer Experience roadmap strategy to meet the changing needs of customers.
Laurent Simoneau
Co-founder, President and CTO, Coveo
Laurent Simoneau is Co-founder, President and CTO of Coveo, and is considered one of industry’s top enterprise search experts. Prior to Coveo, Laurent was CTO of Copernic, an early leader in desktop search, where he oversaw the company’s product strategy and directed the research and development of core technologies. Laurent also served as Chief Operating Officer at Copernic during which he successfully orchestrated the spin-off of the company’s enterprise search division in 2005 into what is now Coveo.

Laurent is a graduate of Université du Quebec, where he holds an MBA degree. He resides in Quebec City with his wife and children.

Atul Nanda
Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success, Salesforce
Atul Nanda is the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success for Salesforce, the innovative company behind the world’s #1 CRM solution. Since joining the company in 2008, he has helped lead the growth and transformation of the Customer Success organization, relying upon his deep expertise in building & scaling services that drive customer success in the Cloud.

Atul currently oversees a team of 1,700 located in 20 Success Centers around the world, managing company-wide Technical & Signature Support, Critical Incident Management, Escalation Management, Red Accounts. The Success Centers’ focus also includes delivery of a number of proactive services including customer onboarding, customer best practices, and the remote delivery of micro-services to drive adoption.

Louis Têtu
Chairman and CEO, Coveo
Chairman and  Chief Executive Officer, Coveo

Prior to Coveo, Louis co-founded Taleo Corporation, the leading international provider of cloud software for talent and human capital management, acquired by Oracle for $1.9 Billion in 2012. Louis held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors from the company’s inception in 1999 through 2007.

Prior to Taleo, Louis was President of Baan SCS, the supply-chain management solutions group of Baan, a global enterprise software company with more than 5,000 employees. This followed Baan’s acquisition of Berclain Group inc., which he co-founded in 1989 and where he served as president until 1996.

Louis is an Engineering graduate from Laval University of Canada in 1985 and in 1997, was honored by Laval for his outstanding social contributions and business achievements. He also received the 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award in the Technology and Communication category. Louis is also Chairman of the Board of PetalMD, a developer of social platforms for the medical sector, and serves on the Board of the Quebec City international airport authority.

Greg Oxton
Executive Director, Consortium for Service Innovation
Greg Oxton is the Executive Director of the Consortium for Service Innovation, a nonprofit alliance of customer support organizations that develops innovative ways to address the challenges of customer service and support, such as the Knowledge-Centered Support methodology. Consortium members collectively developed the KCS methodology to transform the support organization from a transaction-based and call-centric model to a highly leveraged value creation model.

Before joining the Consortium, Greg held management positions in customer service, operations, planning, support strategy, and development at IBM, N.E.T., and Tandem Computers.
